You can join IPF individually or with a friend. If you would like to join with a friend, please complete two application forms. Details of admission fees are listed below. Upon joining IPF you will be provided with a list of names and addresses of pen pals who have been individually matched according to your age group, hobbies and interests. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for the return of the pen pal list. Then your name and address will also be passed on to 14 other members of the club during your 12 months membership period.

Please note that we don't accept foreign cheques anymore. The bank fee for depositing foreign cheques and money orders is now extremely high. As a result, it is no longer feasible for IPF to absorb the banking fee. If you really want to pay that way, we have to ask you to please add £15, 18 euro, US$25, or CAN$25 to the total amount of your payment if you are sending a foreign cheque or International Money Order. Payments made in Cash, by PayPal, Western Union Money Transfer do not require the extra fee. One payment for total amount.
